Swiss Ball DB Military Press

Sit straight up on the ball, feet shoulder width distance on the floor and raise your upper arms parallel to the floor with dumbbells in hand and your elbows at 90 degrees. Lift the dumbbells up toward the ceiling and slightly inward until you come to a slight bend in the elbows. Control the movement back down to starting position.
