Jump Rope

If you do not have an actual jump rope, you can simulate the movement to receive equal benefit. Begin by placing your arms to your sides and your feet together. Hop on your toes at a steady pace while stretching and contracting your calves. Simultaneously bend your elbows and rotate your wrists around in a circular movement. Keep your midsection engaged as your complete the exercise in the desired amount of time.
