Incline Dumbbell Chest Fly

Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie down on an incline bench with your feet on the floor. Elevate your chest up as to create a neutral spine on your body and begin by placing the dumbbells straight above your chest with your elbows slightly bent. Keeping the bend in your elbows and your palms facing each other, lower your arms out to your sides in an arcing motion until you break the plane of your shoulders. Return your arms back up in the same motion until the dumbbells are positioned over your chest.
