Chin Up

Hold onto a pull up bar with a reverse grip (palms facing you) and begin by hanging your body straight down to stretch your lats (back). Exhale and pull yourself up using your back and arms without the momentum of swinging. Pull up until your head reaches the height of the bar and slowly extend your arms as you lower your body down to the starting position and repeat. Maintain your body as perpendicular to the floor as possible.
