Bodyweight Pull Up

Grip the bar with a palms facing out or facing each other. Begin by extending your arms all the way while hanging from the bar. Pull your body up toward the bar with your chest up. Assure your body does not sway causing additional momentum and swing. Pull your body up so your shoulders are at minimally the height of your elbows. Keep your back contracted through the entire range of motion. Descend your body down in a controlled manner and fully extend your arms at the bottom.
