I have been extremely involved in fitness for years, am a nutritional consultant, and a certified personal trainer through NASM. I had been stuck in a plateau that I was having a hard time breaking until I met Steve, the owner of Fitastic.

The idea of a fitness professional using an online workout program felt weird until I tried this program. Fitastic prescribes specific exercises, weights, repetitions, and rest periods as a result of calculations derived from years of experience and an unfathomable understanding of the hormonal responses, biomechanics, and growth patterns of the human body. I have been blown away!

What he has taught me through individual attention and through his program design techniques has become something that I implement now with my own clients and use daily in my own personal program design. Whether you are new or advanced, Fitastic has something for you that will progress your education and help you achieve REAL results.

For a while I was walking into the gym trying to figure out what exercises I wanted to do for the specific body part I was working that day. Then I started going online and looking up different programs and began using those. I even mixed programs together trying to create my own little program. It was a lot better going into the gym with a plan…until I began feeling like I kept doing the same thing over and over again. I was hitting plateaus and was unable to get away from them!

After a workout one day, a buddy of mine told me about fitastic and how he’s been using one of the programs on there. I signed up the very next day! I’ve been using Fitastic for 2 1/2-3 years consistently now and it’s been the best program I’ve used thus far! I’ve obtained more knowledge from using this program such as tempos and having light and heavy weeks. Each week is different which keeps the muscles guessing and the pump is there even on the lighter weeks! If you’re looking for a new program, Fitastic should be the only place you go to!

I’ve been using this program specifically and I’ve seen great results as far as muscle definition and strength! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Be sure to consult with your physician before starting any exercise program.

Q: Is the Fitastic Muscle & Strength Training Program for me?

A: If your goal is to obtain unwavering lean quality muscle while enhancing your overall strength in 60 minutes or less a day (3 to 5 days per week), then YES the Strength Training Express routines are ideal for you.

Q: What equipment will I need to successfully perform this Program?

A: A full gym setting will be required to perform the workouts in the Muscle & Strength program. A gym or studio will have most all the equipment and tools necessary to complete the designated built in routines.

Q: How much time should I expect to set aside for these workouts?

A: The Muscle & Strength program is designed with varying intensity and volume intervals.  This is strategic through the concept of Periodization, thus varying the duration of each week.  Expect to spent only 40 to 60 minutes per routine in the gym.  Prepare to put your head down and take action each workout!

Q: What if the weight prescribed is too heavy and I can’t complete the set?

A: No Problem.  Since all your lifts are derived from your personalized Strength Tests, there could be two answer for this.  However, if it comes down to you coming short of a repetition or two based on muscle fatigue, suck it up and force those final reps for maximum failure!

1.) Your determined weight load for each exercise is strategically calculated per your Strength Test set up. The Strength Tests are formulated from multi-joint movements and give the best indicators to how the strength of all your muscles are activated. Assuming your Strength Tests are accurate and the weight is too heavy per a weakened range of motion from a specific muscle group, perform the most repetitions at the weight given with proper form and make a note of it for the preceding sets. For future sets, start by reducing the weight by 5 to 10 pound increments, until the modified weight falls in line with the repetition recommendation.

2.) As with all variety of exercise equipment, no two machine manufacturers are alike. Exercise equipment has various levers, pulley systems, weight distribution, and age. These variables may play a role in how the actual weight comes off the end of a cable and resistance to your muscle. It’s also a good idea to assure you’re using manufactured equipment that uses POUNDS and not KILOGRAMS, as some do. For prescribed weight that is “too heavy”, again start by reducing the weight in 5 to 10 pound increments, until the modified weight falls in line with the repetition recommendation.

Q: Do I need to perform the exercises in the order given within the Program?

A: YES, each exercise selection is tactically placed to allow the designed Periodization to develop within all movements, sets, rest and tempo. If it’s a specific exercise that doesn’t fit your fancy per an injury or ailment, you have the option to substitute that exercise to accommodate your specific needs.

Q: When Substituting an exercise, how do I know which exercise is right for me?

A: Not all exercises are appropriate for everybody, that’s why Fitastic has this custom built in feature.
When selecting a substitution exercise, you will have options that are pulled from the primary muscle groups associated to the original exercise. Play each video and read the detailed description attached for each replacement exercise to determine which alternative movement is right for you.

Q: What if I become too sore from my exercise experience?

A: Initially, you’ll probably have constant soreness on this program. That’s okay! The soreness will subside once recovery increases and proper adaptation has taken place.  Soreness is your body’s way of saying “Thank You” and “I need more carbs and protein”, ha; so feed your muscles constantly!  It’s not advised that you try to train through the soreness of a specific muscle group.

Q: How long do I need to commit to the Fitastic Muscle & Strength Program?

A: There is no maximum amount of time that you need to commit to the Muscle & Strength Program or any of the custom Fitastic programming, you can cancel anytime.

Q: Can I switch to another Fitastic Program to change up my routine?

A: You can switch your program at anytime by canceling out your current program and enroll into any of the other custom built programs you choose: The full Strength Conditioning program and Adipose Incineration program are the two most popular routines coming off the Muscle & Strength regimens. All of your Strength Testings will be automatically saved in your Profile for your convenience and ease of transition. NOTE: YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE PROGRAM AT A GIVEN TIME.

Q: When I’m through achieving the desired results from my Fitastic Program, how do I cancel?

A: To cancel your Program, simply go into your Orders through your Profile tab and select the Cancel option to update billing information or end your subscription.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: For any reason you do cancel, your program will end immediately and there will not be a refund. Take full advantage of your muscle and strength gains in your program and soak in the results.
