The Point of No Return
The Point of No Return
Good Day Everyone,
I am back! Ah it has been too long since I wrote to you all. Part 2 of the transformation gave me some serious writers block. The main focus was just growing and eating; nothing all that exciting to write about. Put on about 15lbs since November 16th, intentional of course. But now…NOW…comes the fun part. Now is the point of no return.
The time has finally come for the #wildwilltransformation to come to its epic completion. 14 weeks of prep began this weekend for the Kevin
Noble Muscle Mania May 17th. The next 14 weeks are going to be nothing like you have ever seen before. So many times you have just seen the before picture and the after picture. You’ve never been able to see the during pictures; the during journey; the struggles; the good and the bad. For most of you this will be the first time you have seen a full transformation from humble beginning to glorious end.
Last week I met with Coach Steve to go over the plan, let me share some of the secrets with you. First off is the meal plan, everyone wants to know about the meal plan. Well similar to Part 1 Coach Steve has created an evolving meal plan that will change based on how my body is responding. Protein is of course high, carbs are moderate and fat is low. Now in the next two weeks that could all change bases on response. I personally am not following a flexible diet plan (being able to eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your macros). That kind of plan doesn’t work for me; I require the kind of discipline it takes to consistently eat the right kind of foods over and over again. That style of prep works best for me.
As far as the workouts I am currently following a strength training program written by Coach Steve. Since we are 14 weeks out I am not yet doing “cutting” workouts, right now the weight is heavy to moderate heavy and the reps are low 3 to 6 and moderate 12-15 depending on the exercise and the week. Based on which muscles are growing and my weak areas (shoulders and chest) the works will evolve as well.
This is going to be a huge challenge for me and a dream come true. I have been a fat kid my whole life
always afraid to take my shirt off. Never being confidant in the way that I looked. I knew what I wanted to look like but I never could get there. That is all about to change and I couldn’t be more excited for it. There are going to be times when I am going to be proud and intense. There are going to be times when I am hungry and pissed off. There are going to be times I feel like quitting. Let’s be honest those feelings will happen. There are going to be times I will stare at a cupcake with my mouth drooling with anger that I can’t have it. HOWEVER…those are all fleeting moments they do not last. When those moments come I know that I am strong enough to remember that a quick cheat is not worth all of my hard work. That a moment of weakness could undo everything that I have worked for and further set me back. Then most importantly it’s you guys. Knowing that so many of you have supported me from the very beginning, I can’t let you guys down. It is my goal to inspire all of you and hell the whole damn world to live a life of health and fitness. No one will be inspired by a failure. No one is going to be let down.
So with all that said my friends, I just have 3 wonderful words left HERE….WE….GO!!!!!
