Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

- 24oz. Chicken Breast

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar*

- 3 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 2 Cups Brown Rice**

 

4 Servings

Cook Time: 30 to 45 minutes

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease casserole dish with olive oil.  In a small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the olive oil until tender.  Remove from heat and stir in the brown sugar.  Place chicken in the casserole dish and spoon mixture over the pieces.  Cook for the desired amount of time while the topping becomes caramelized.   Enjoy!
